Sponsored Dog Walk and Family Fun Day Out

 

Sunday 27th June 2010

10am - 4pm

This year there will be

 

  • 5km sponsored walk

 

  • Fun Dog show

 

  • Visit our Ask the Vet stand

 

  • Mike Newman, holder of the world blind speed record

 

  • Tethered hot air balloon ride

 

  • Paws for Thought Dog display team

 

  • Police car, fire engine and ambulance for the public to view

 

  • Inflatable slides

 

  • Lucky dip

 

  • Refreshment stands

 

and lots lots more!

A variety of exciting events happened throughout the day including

·      Gun Dog display

·      Juggling and Dance routines

·      Flyball and Agility

·      Star prize raffle

·      Dog portrait competition

·      Display from Guide Dog puppy walkers

·      Variety of charity and trade stands

Martin Horwood, one of GCAB’s Trustees took part in the 5km walk. If you have any sponsorship money outstanding, please contact us on 01242 221170 or make a cheque out to GCAB with the amount you wish to sponsor and send it to Lucy Gooding
